of Matt Shipley
Shipley Management Services, LLC
After serving in the United States Navy for six years while residing in California, Matt relocated to Ocean City Maryland in 1989.
After working in the restaurant industry for several years, Matt joined Paradise Management, becoming the general manager of the maintenance division, Fredco, Inc. in 1993. Working closely with the management company, Matt developed an understanding of how condominium associations functioned.
In 1996, Matt left Fredco, Inc. and joined O.C. Real Estate Management, Inc. a professional property management company located in Ocean City. For the next eight years, Matt was directly involved with managing the affairs of over 50 condominium associations of all sizes together with the principle of the company.
In 2003, Matt opened his own management company, Shipley Management Services, LLC.
